SPRING/SUMMER INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:

• check indoor unit
• test for proper airflow
• treat indoor coil and drain lines
• inspect electrical wiring
• check freon levels
• inspect, clean and/or replace air filters
• assess condition of outdoor unit
• check fan and motor
• test thermostat

 FALL/WINTER INSPECTIONS INCLUDE:

 For Heatpump Systems:

• check indoor unit
• test for proper airflow
• inspect electrical wiring
• check freon levels
• assess auxiliary heater, RV valve and defrost cycle
• check, clean and/or replace air filters
• assess condition of outdoor unit
• test thermostat

For Gas Furnace Systems:

• check indoor unit
• test for proper airflow
• treat drain lines for condensating furnaces
• inspect electrical wiring
• check freon levels
• assess heat exchanger and pilot assembly
• check fuel suppy and pressure
• test fan and limit switch
• inspect condition of outdoor unit
• check, clean and/or replace air filters
• test thermostat
